At Circle of Hope, we educate and support you every step of the way during job readiness support and once you gain employment in the workplace.

As part of our program, we provide a specialised activity schedule specific to your needs and help you with:

  • Identifying your skills and interests
  • Short- and long-term goal setting
  • Confidence and skill building
  • Resume writing
  • Interview techniques
  • Workplace conduct
  • Time management
  • Money and Budgeting
  • Tailored real life work experience

Our dedicated support staff will work with you to help them get you for work, find and keep a job. They plan employment pathways and develop tailored activities to meet your needs so you can be as ready as you can be for when you gain employment. The supports can be delivered individually, in a group, or a combination of both.
